Online Banking

On October 1, our Online Banking was updated with new features.  Please follow the directions below to establish new login information.

Please follow these instructions when logging into your new Online Banking account beginning October 1.

  1. Go to www.firstabilenefcu.org
  2. Click Online Banking
  3. Enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER as your Online Banking ID.
  4. Your initial password will be FAFCU and the last 4 digits of the primary member’s Social Security Number, followed by !.  For example, if your SSN ends with 1234, your password will be FAFCU1234!.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete security setup and access the Online Banking.
    1. Accept Online Agreement terms and conditions
    2. Establish a new Banking ID for future logins.
    3. Select a new password for future access.
    4. Verify your personal image.
    5. Answer and verify three security questions.
    6. Update personal information.

PLEASE NOTE: Account history prior to the upgrade will not be available in the new Online and Mobile Banking.  18 months of statements will be available for download under E-statements.

In order to link multiple accounts to one Online Banking ID, you will need to contact the credit union.  Otherwise, you will need to register one unique username for each account.


Mobile Banking

Beginning October 1, your Mobile Banking User ID and Password will be the same as you Online Banking User ID and Password.

  1. You will need to first update the app on your mobile device.
  2. If you are a current Mobile App user, and have not logged in to the new Online Banking system, you will need to do that first before you can access account information on the App.

Personal Assitance Line (PAL)

On October 1, our 24/7 phone system was updated with new features.  Please listen carefully when you call as the menu options have changed.

The Personal Assistance Line helps make your financial management easier and convenient.  Obtain your checking or savings account balances, make loan payments, transfer funds, place a stop payment and more!

Personal Assistance Line system’s default is Touch Tone
Press 8* to use Voice Response

How to Use The Personal Assistance Line

  • English/Spanish menu available
  • Dial: 325-670-2429, and press 1 for Personal Assistance Line
  • Follow the menu prompts
  • Enter your account number and PIN

In order to verify your identity, the first time you call in you’ll need to enter your account number, followed by your social security number, followed by your zip code. This is the only time you’ll be asked to enter your social security number and zip code.  You will then be prompted to re-register your Personal Identification Number (PIN).  For account transactions and inquiries (balances, interest, etc.), you’ll always be asked to enter your account number and PIN.

Quick Tips

  • Press 3 and the * key to return to the main menu.
  • Press the * key to return to the previous menu.
  • Press the # key to repeat an option.
  • Press 9 and the * key to enter a different account number.
  • To end your Personal Assistance Line call, simply hang up.

  • Press 1 to transfer funds immediately

  • Press 3 to hear existing scheduled transfers

E-Statements

E-Statements

To  view your e-statements, you must first login to NetTeller.

After logging in, select the e-statement tab.  Then choose the statement date you would like to view and click to open.
