  2. Swap costumes with friends. Most costumes are worn once or twice and then never used again. Ask friends and family if they would be willing to trade out costumes that you both already have available.
  3. Buy costumes and decorations at the end of the season. A majority of stores discount seasonal items by a large percentage once the season has passed. This can provide tremendous savings for you and your family.
